Pajamas & Pancakes 7th Birthday Party

Monday, January 12, 2015

My little lady turned 7 earlier this month so we celebrated her this weekend with a Pajamas & Pancakes themed party at our house. You know, just fifteen 1st grade girls in their PJ's. Dancing & singing to Taylor Swift and the new Annie soundtrack. Eating pancakes with whipped cream and sprinkles. Making Fruit Loop necklaces and drinking OJ spritzers (a.k.a orange juice & sprite). And I failed to take a photo of the design-your-own-nightgown station which was also a hit. And since the birthday girl doesn't like cake (I know, whaaaat?) we had a Donut Tower instead. Which was actually super fun and much easier than cake. Praise hands for easy serving and clean-up!

Oh to be 7 again.

So thankful for my girl. Thankful for her health and her heart and the way she loves others. Thankful for a house full of friends and giggles.

  1. Wow!! So beautiful pictures you have shared here. I just loved this idea of making necklace of you own. That’s an interesting idea actually. Well I am going to arrange my son birthday party at venues Chicago and these ideas will be helpful for me.
