The most uncomplicated Easter meal ever

We had a beautiful low key Easter weekend, just the four of us. This means instead of cooking a huge complicated meal, we kept it simple by buying a yummy pre-cooked ham from Honey Baked Hams. We also picked up a bunch of our favorite appetizers from Fresh Market such as goat cheese, crackers, stuffed olives, tomato mozzarella salad, nuts, prosciutto, and pasta salad. Then we rounded out the evening with a homemade Shoo-fly pie and ice cream from our local dairy farm. We literally grazed all day. Now I call that EASY. It was perfection.
Flowers are blooming, temps are warming up, and Christ has made all things new. #thankful
